PERFECT PARTY SPINACH DIP

1 envelope Lipton® Recipe Secrets® Vegetable Soup Mix 1 container (8 oz.) sour cream 1 cup Hellmann's® or Best Foods® Real Mayonnaise 1 package (10 oz.) frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry 1 can (8 oz.) water chestnuts, drained and chopped (optional)
