RANCH ROASTED CHICKEN
4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves (about 1-1/4 lbs.)
1 envelope Lipton® Recipe Secrets ® Ranch Soup Mix
2 Tbsp. Bertolli® Classico™ Olive Oil
1/2 cup hot water

1. Preheat oven to 425°. In broiler pan, without the rack, arrange chicken. Brush both sides of chicken with Lipton® Recipe Secrets ® Ranch Soup Mix combined with Olive Oil.
 
2. Bake 20 minutes or until chicken is thoroughly cooked.
 
3. Remove chicken to serving platter. Add water to broiler pan and stir, scraping brown bits from bottom of pan. Serve sauce over chicken.
 
 
VARIATIONS:
 
Use 2-1/2-to 3-lbs. chicken parts and bake uncovered 40 minutes or until chicken is thoroughly cooked.
 
Use 4 bone-in or boneless pork chops and bake uncovered 20 minutes or until chops are done.
 
Use a 2-lb. sirloin steak and bake uncovered until desired doneness.
